Sen. Rand Paul is pro-vaccine choice and pro-freedom. He rightly says, "We don’t have to accept the mandates, lockdowns, and harmful policies of the petty tyrants and feckless bureaucrats. We can simply say no, not again." This is a justification for issuing a call to action: "Do Not Comply!"

The promise of "new-normal" after vaccinating the public turns out to be a big lie as mandates for masks, vaccines, vaccine passports and lockdowns return with a vengeance. People are fed up and taking to the streets in abject rebellion to the would-be Technocrat overlords.
