Today, there are hundreds of top scholars warning about the dangerous cult of Transhumanism, that posits evolution is theirs to control via genetic manipulation. This is warmed over eugenics from Nazi Germany and, further back, to the California State government.
Individual CBDCs are coming together through interoperability. Now, the International Monetary Fund has introduced the Unicoin that may be the "master" key to the rest of CBDCs. CBDCs may still transfer peer-to-peer with other CBDCs but Unicoin could provide temporary and stable storage space when necessary.

Transhumans are pushing for a eugenics-based society that will create a class of "haves" versus "have-nots". The "have-nots" will be ultimately bred out of, or eliminated from the human gene pool. This was Hitler's precious dream and it is just as evil today as it was in the 1930s. Remember, however, that the eugenics originally started in 1909 in Berkeley, California.
99% of the population have no concept of what AI actually is or what kind of threat it poses to humanity. When true experts in the industry issue stark warnings to stop AI development, the rest of the world still has no concept of why anyone should listen to them, and so development continues unabated and unchecked.
As technology has disrupted key elements of society, Technocrats have taken advantage of the chaos to not only implement their own agenda but also to erect barriers to competition or resistance. If this had been recognized early enough, it could have been easily blocked. Now, the mere barriers have hardened into fortresses.
The Transhuman quest for genetic modification in order to change the human condition will end in total disaster. "Hacking the human body" is a myth perpetuated by academics like Yuval Noah Harari and Klaus Schwab with his Fourth Industrial Revolution narrative. Globally, however, biodefense spending is in the trillions and shows no signs of restraint.
China is arguably a modern-day Technocracy, originally groomed and taught by Zbigniew Brzezinski, a co-founder of the Trilateral Commission in 1973. When China entered the world economic stage, it was not taught principles of free market economics, but rather Technocracy, or the Commission's self-proclaimed New International Economic Order.
As I wrote in The Evil Twins of Technocracy and Transhumanism, the mechanistic view of the world, including humans, will end with the abolishment of man and not his deliverance. It is a worldview underpinned by Scientism, or the worship of science. Indeed, humanity faces the final battle.
