Technocrats have no problem with illegal behavior when laws interfere with their scientific social management schemes. In this case, the FBI flagrantly abused the rule of law, and it was fully aware of its violation from the beginning. To say that the FBI, along with the rest of the intel community, has gone rogue is an understatement.
