When Agenda 21, aka Technocracy and Sustainable Development, was adopted in 1992 by the United Nations, all resources on the planet were in view. Nobody got the picture that human beings are resources to be managed along with cattle, sheep, pigs, etc., all of which are already well into transformation. Now, humans 2.0 are being created.
