To global Technocrat controllers, tracking and restricting the movement of people is essential. By 2024, permission to travel will be required to every major nation in the world. This includes Visa applications, fees and long wait times to be approved. Eventually, this trend will come to the individual states in the U.S., where travel between states will require "permission".
