All of Musk's markers of a pure Technocrat have been visible for years, but nobody knows what a Technocrat is. The reason he started Tesla was, first and foremost an attack on "fossil" fuels. He has been pushing a carbon tax for years. He pitched it to Biden in 2021, but Biden spurned him. Musk is totally on board with Sustainable Development, Global Warming, and the war on "fossil fuels."
