The Haters Came Out For Memorial Day

Of course they did. They hate the idea that people died so that Liberty could live. Why? Because haters hate Liberty. Period.

On Saturday, I wrote an email from Citizens for Free Speech to CFFS members:

For me, Memorial day is about Free Speech and the First Amendment.

Historians say that 1.2 million Americans have died fighting tyranny in foreign lands. America is the only champion for Free Speech and it is embedded in our Constitution through the First Amendment.

No nation we ever fought allowed free speech. The USSR, Hitler and Mussolini all crushed free speech. Viet Nam crushed it. Communists and Fascists everywhere crushed it. It was tyranny that we were fighting, and yet we were the ones who ended up crushing them!

But are we finished or safe? NO!

To me, this is all very personal. A very good friend of mine was blown up in Vietnam just one day before he was to return home. Our families were gathered together in celebration for Christmas when we received the solemn call from the military that his personnel carrier had hit a land mine on the way to the air field. I will never forget.

However, the enemies of Free Speech are now operating within the borders of our own beloved nation. Tyranny is rising again (rapidly) as good people are censored, cancelled, intimidated, shamed and even excluded from normal society. They are being forced to wear masks, forced to stay home, forced to take unapproved vaccines, forced to shut up, forced to show papers.

My friend, we must use what is left of Free Speech to defeat this tyranny once and for all. If we lose on our own turf, we will be the ones who are crushed and freedom will die.

We must stand up, speak up, plead, persuade, write, assemble and renew our faith.

At CFFS, we are pouring it out to train and equip you to fight this battle. Our training course, Citizen Ninja: Stand Up To Power, helps you to be effective and successful in personal and civic communication. It’s free and the next class starts on June 7.

We provide printed collateral for you to use on the front line: Brochures, cards, books and free professionally prepared graphics.

We appreciate all CFFS members who are standing with us in this battle for Free Speech. To celebrate remembrance from right now through Memorial Day, we are reducing the suggested donation amounts on all physical items in our store by 10% with no quantity limits. Click the button below to go there.

The bottom line is this: Are we AmeriCANS or AmeriCANTS?

For those who gave their lives to defend our freedom and Constitution, we cannot and must not shrink back when challenged by the same kind of tyranny today.

Over the course of this Memorial Day weekend, I encourage you to take stock, steel your mind and strengthen your resolve to do your part to keep Free Speech alive in America.

Please share this with all concerned citizens.

Although there were a few positive responses, the haters came out. One suggested that I should try having my head blown up. Another argued “What about France and England”? No offense to either, but how many times has the U.S. saved France’s butt in the last century? If it were not for the U.S., all of England would jack-booting around in Nazi uniforms today.

Another subscriber responded to my TN email sent yesterday: “You publish some informative articles on how bad things are and how we got into the mess we are in. Why is it you never publish anything related to getting out of the mess?”

Yes, I responded to him but it was likely a waste of time.

Oh, America. The bands of slavery are being applied and yet people are still blind to it. Does this bring to remembrance Proverbs 29:18 – “Where there is no vision, the people perish”?
